History of Kilgoris Boys High School

Kilgoris Boys High School dates back to 1969 when it was founded to provide secondary education.

The institution has since expanded its capacity with a promise of excellence among learners and alumna.

Furthermore, the institution embraces an all-round education program packed with extra curricula activities such as drama, sports, debate club, scouting, student association, Christian Union, and music club.

Payable tuition fees at Kilgoris Boys exceeds Ksh 50,000 excluding boarding charges.

Formerly led by Mr William Kiptoo, Kilgoris Boys is now managed by senior principal Mr Philip Lipaso.

Elsewhere, the school was in July 2023 set ablaze by unknown assailants among them ten suspected learners.
