History of Kisima Mixed Secondary School

Kisima Mixed Secondary School founded in 2005 by Kisima Trust in collaboration with TEFT is located in the outskirts of Nyahururu town within Nyandarua West Sub County, Nyandarua County.

Among the founders is David Kariuki, now Director of the school. The UK based TEFT organization is the leading sponsor alongside a number of donors in Sweden and Kenya.

For the record, Kisima Mixed is often ranked among top 20 schools in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.

The institution provides education to about 150 students from low-income and marginalized background in Kenya.
